FOURTH WEEK | First Day to Fifth Day 

FEB 20 -FEB 24, 2023


Taken February 20, 2023: Presenting the exclusively designed desktop wallpaper created by myself, utilizing Photopea software, for deployment on office computers.

    This week was relatively quiet in the office, with most of the tasks being fairly straightforward, such as organizing our computer desks and attending to paperwork. However, I was given a significant assignment, which was to design a cover/banner photo for the official Facebook page of BU Open University.

    The challenge was to create a design that would be visually appealing and impactful, while accurately representing the institution's brand and values. With careful consideration and attention to detail, I was able to deliver a design that met the requirements and satisfied the expectations of my superiors. 

    Initially, the desktop wallpaper I designed for BU Open University was only intended to be used on the computers within the office. However, I was pleasantly surprised when some of the faculty members took notice of the design and expressed their admiration for it.

    As a result, they approached me with a request to create a version that could be used on Facebook page of BUOU, with the added condition that it needed to be flexible and adaptable for both desktop and mobile view without any cropping or over zooming of the design.

    I welcomed the challenge and approached it with enthusiasm and a determination to deliver a design that met their requirements. With careful consideration and a focus on the overall visual aesthetic, I was able to create a version of the wallpaper that was suitable for both desktop and mobile view, while still maintaining the integrity of the original design.

    I was thrilled to see the positive reception the new design received and how it was being utilized on BUOU Facebook page. It was a testament to the versatility and adaptability of the design, and the value of considering multiple platforms and devices when creating visual content.

    I approached both tasks with creativity and a keen eye for design, and I am proud of the finished products. It was fulfilling to see my work being implemented and contributing to the visual identity of the university both online and offline.

    While the week may have been relatively uneventful in terms of major projects, I am grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills and contribute to the growth and success of the university through my work.



Taken February 21, 2023: After capturing the admiration of several faculty members, they have approached me to create a version of my desktop wallpaper design for use on their official Facebook page. This versatile design can seamlessly adapt to both mobile and desktop views without compromising any crucial elements.
