ELEVENTH WEEK | First Day to Second Day

APRIL 13 -MARCH 14, 2023


    Following the Holy Week, April 10 was another non-working holiday, which was in observance of "Araw ng Kagitingan" or The Day of Valor. It seemed like there were a lot of holidays in that month.

    Also, on April 11, in the late afternoon, the President of Bicol University announced the suspension of classes and office work in response to a memorandum issued by the local government unit due to an approaching storm. This suspension of activities was extended to the following day, April 12.

    After the unexpected suspension, we spent April 13 and 14 conducting an inventory of the equipment and stocks in the stock room and archiving room. Our task was to submit an inventory report that included office supplies, computer-related supplies, and other office materials that did not fall into the two categories mentioned. We were also expected to reorganize the materials during the inventory process to ensure that everything was accounted for properly.
