THIRTEENTH WEEK  Of My On the-Job-Training APRIL 25 - APRIL 28, 2023 THIRTEENTH WEEK  | First Day to Second Day APRIL 25-APRIL 26, 2023      I was tasked by Sir Ram to create a four-page booklet that will serve as both programme and an invitation at the same time for an organization. As a graphic designer, I was specifically assigned to work on the front and back page cover of the booklet.      It was emphasized that the design should appropriately reflect the nature and purpose of the organization to which the booklet pertains. My co-intern was tasked to do the proofreading while I took charge of the design aspect of the project. As we progressed with the project, we took the utmost care to ensure that the output print would be vibrant and visually appealing. We took the initiative to set up the printer to produce the best quality of print possible. With this in mind, we made sure that we did the printing on both sides of the paper and set...

EIGHTH WEEK  Of My On the-Job-Training MARCH 20 -MARCH 26, 2023 EIGHTH WEEK  | First Day to Fourth Day MARCH 20 - MARCH 23      Throughout the course of the week, a significant portion of our time was dedicated to capturing footage for the Bicol University Open University (BUOU) CHED Hybrid/Virtual Visiting Presentation Video. This informative presentation aims to showcase various aspects of the institution, including its background, programs offered, enrollment data, achievements, student services, organizations, facilities, and other pertinent information. The pressure was high, as the video is set to be presented during the CHED visit, making accuracy and presentability major concerns.      To ensure that we captured the essence of the institution accurately, we strictly followed the script that was provided to us. We were given ample time for the recording to guarantee that no detail was overlooked, and the video lasts for at least 15 t...

SEVENTH WEEK  Of My On the-Job-Training MARCH 13 -MARCH 18, 2023 SEVENTH WEEK  | First Day to Third Day MARCH 13 - MARCH 15        As you may recall, I was assigned the task by Sir Rollie to redesign the three photo banners featured on the official website of BU Open University last week. The banners had become outdated and required updating to reflect the current standards of the institution. This week, I continued to work on the project and was able to complete the redesigns.      After presenting the redesigned banners to Sir Rollie, he provided some constructive feedback, which required some revisions to be made. I appreciated his feedback, as it helped to ensure that the final product was of the highest quality and accurately reflected the values and standards of the institution. In addition to the revisions, Sir also requested that I create two more banners to be featured on the website,  bringing the total number of banners to fiv...

FIFTH WEEK  Of My On the-Job-Training FEBRUARY 27 -MARCH 3, 2023 FIFTH WEEK  | First Day  MARCH 27 Taken  February 27 , 2023: Proper Sorting of Used Papers: Categorization into Legal, Letter, and A4 Sizes Required      During the course of this week, it has unfortunately been the case that I have only been able to undertake one day of work, specifically on Monday, March 27th. This was due to the fact that the next day, Tuesday, was marked as a holiday in celebration of the Fiesta in Cagsawa. As a result, the office and classes in all Daraga Campus were closed, and therefore it was not feasible for me to carry out any work or tasks on this day.      Moreover, on another day during the week, I was beset by a severe stomach ache which rendered me unable to attend work for a period of three days, specifically from Thursday through to Friday. As can be imagined, this was quite frustrating for me, given that I missed out on almost 24 hour...
